- Facilitating partnerships for job development, income growth, and talent diversity.
- Managing programs like tax credits and grants to stimulate investment.
- Guiding entrepreneurs on site selection, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating on regional economic strategies with over 75 partners.
- Enhancing quality of place through inclusive initiatives and neighborhood preservation.
- Providing data and support for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
